Blow out all the dust from inside the case. Dust can block the vents causing your computer to overheat which in the long term can cause damage and in the short term can slow down your PC as it tries to cool itself.
Remove all viruses / malware / spyware. From being dangerous to your PC to being annoying with pop ups and spam, these can put your data at risk and also slow down your PC. If they're making your computer work at showing you spam then your computer is not doing what it should be - working for you. We'll check everything and remove any of these.
Remove unnecessary programs. Over the life of a computer a lot of software gets installed, a lot of which is not used or needed. Old processes running take up processer cycles, memory and hard drive space. Let us clear these off.
Defragment your hard drive. This is something you can do yourself and has some great benefits in prolonging the life of your computer as well as speeding it up. You can read more about this by clicking here.
Tune your boot up. By picking which programs and services start and in which order as your computer starts, we can reduce the time between you hitting the power button and the computer being ready for use.
